FDIC's Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program
Bank of Bozeman is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that, program through December 31, 2010, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Money Market Deposit Accounts, Savings Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, NOW accounts with interest rates greater than .25% and other interest bearing accounts are not covered by the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. If you are unsure about your account coverage please contact a Financial Services Representative. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
